How to subscribe

Contact our team and we explain the subscription in detail.
Fill in the registration form and sign the agreement.
Pay the setup fee and the annual subscription.
We create your system, configure your settings and run a training course of two sessions.

Terms and conditions

The setup fee (200 BHD, paid once) plus the full annual subscription is paid before work starts on any new subscription, and is non-refundable.
Packages cover finance, social research, communication and request workflow, with secure hosting on our servers. Other modules (donations, membership and general assembly, education, online services and others) are add-ons priced separately.
The number of active families and the storage used are reviewed at each annual renewal. If they exceed the package limit, the service moves to the next package.
Extra storage within the same package: 1 BHD per additional GB per month.
Subscriptions are paid yearly.
Technical support (by email or phone): 5 calls a month in the first year and 3 calls a month in the second year; beyond that, 5 BHD per hour of attendance.
Training: one course of two sessions (3 hours each) in the first year; extra sessions are 20 BHD each.
Database and site backups are taken continuously and kept on a secure server.
Reporting and fixing any defect or fault in the system is free.
Official WhatsApp: the add-on fee covers the service only. Message charges are set by Meta and paid by the society directly to Meta; Golden Hat does not bear them.
