MySociety 22.0 is out: official WhatsApp, campaigns and a new communication system

MySociety 22.0 is now available. It is one of our largest updates, focused on how societies communicate with their members, donors and families.

Highlights

Official WhatsApp through Meta: each society connects its own number, with message templates approved by WhatsApp.
WhatsApp campaigns: choose recipients with audience filters, write the message and follow the results for each recipient.
Message search and resend: find any SMS, email or WhatsApp message and resend a corrected copy, with a statistics widget on the dashboard.
A clearer communication system: one Messages screen for every automatic message and redesigned communication settings.
