Submit an education application

Create an aid application for a student: remedial lessons, university semesters, training courses or other aid.

Open Education → Education Applications → Submit Education Application.

Submit Education Application screen

Steps

  1. Choose the application type. The type decides which “requested items” tab you get (see below).
  2. Enter the Student CPR Number and the Responsible CPR Number (9 digits each). Tick Submitter is not the student? when someone else is applying on the student’s behalf.
  3. Review or complete the student, responsible and family tabs.
  4. Open the requested items tab and enter what the student is asking for.
  5. Upload the required Application Documents and write the Submit Notes.
  6. Press Finish & Save. The application enters the first step of its workflow.

The requested items tab depends on the application type

Type option Tab What you enter
Remedial Lessons Requested Remedial Subjects A course (semester) with the wanted subjects: wanted subject, price, transportation price, previous grade and new grade
University Education Requested University Semesters The semester and academic year, the university, start and end dates, averages, and the subjects with subject price and book price
Training / Workshops Requested Training Courses / Workshops The workshop name, workshop price, transportation price and pass (Y/N)
Others none No items tab. The verifier enters the aid amount directly

Use Add New Course to start a semester/course and Add New Subject to add lines to it. Each course also has Other Expenses and notes, and the screen shows the totals. Existing courses can be edited or deleted, ended with End Course (so a new one can start) or marked with MarkGraduate.

Why an application may be refused

  • The student already has an Active or In-Progress application of the same type; the message shows its application ID.
  • Only one course can be active at a time: end the current course before adding a new one.
  • The student CPR must be exactly 9 digits.
  • The family type is outside the per-capita income range set for it.
