Membership setup, member list upload, search and reports
Configure membership types and fees, import a members list, and find members or run reports.
Open Membership & General Assembly → Membership Admin Configuration → Membership Configuration.

| Membership Types and Fees | Each membership type with its registration fee, annual fees (January–June and July–December) or monthly fees, tax, minimum age, whether it can vote, active status and the procedure when members do not pay (years without payment). |
| Qualifications | The academic qualifications list used in member files. |
| Society Committees | The committees members can join. |
| Other Membership Settings | The default GL account for membership applications (and for taxes if enabled), whether a recommendation system exists and how many recommenders, the payment system (yearly or monthly) as set for the society, the days after which an unpaid application is cancelled, and the required documents. |
Upload a members list
Use Membership & General Assembly → Membership Admin Configuration → Upload Members List to import existing members from an Excel file. Download the template from the link on the screen, fill it in (CPR, names, gender and contact number are required; membership type, nationality, city and religion must be valid codes), choose whether to generate invoices from the last year of payment, add the submit notes, then press Upload List.
The upload needs a processing password that is given by the support team, and the membership application workflow must be defined and its submission step active.
Search and reports
- Membership & General Assembly → Inquiries and Reports → Search Engine — search members and applications with many filters and export the results.
- Membership & General Assembly → Inquiries and Reports → Membership & General Meetings Reports — members list search, members who can enter the general meeting and vote, membership fees payments, paid members for a year, members missing payment, paid and late payments, meeting agenda, elections supervisors, election results and general meeting attendance.
