Configure application forms and family settings
Set up aid types, amounts, payment methods, documents and family types.
These screens are under Social Research → Admin Configuration and are usually used by the system administrator.
Application Configuration
| Setting | Meaning |

| Allowed for online submit | Families can apply through the online services |
| Family registration required | The family must be registered and classified before applying |
| Min / max aid amount, periodic aid | Limits for the amount and whether the aid repeats |
| Payment frequency | Once, monthly, or a monthly/yearly budget |
| Calculation method | Manual, by family members, by percentage, or by shares (minimum share, per-capita target, deficit coverage) |
| Payment method | Direct to family (cash/transfer or cheque), supplier payment, or coupon |
| Required documents, default period, update period | What must be uploaded and how long the application stays valid |
| Prevent sending family information | Do not share these families with other societies in the network |
